We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Your OpenClaw instance runs in an isolated Docker container on dedicated infrastructure. We strongly recommend that you do not store sensitive personal data within your OpenClaw instance unless you have appropriate safeguards in place.
6. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party providers for hosting infrastructure (e.g., AWS), analytics, and email delivery. These providers process data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
rpclaw.ai provides a hosted environment for OpenClaw, which may itself connect to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic or OpenAI) depending on your configuration. We are not responsible for data handling by those providers — please review their privacy policies separately.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the website and session cookies during the instance registration flow. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@rpclaw.ai.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing rpclaw.ai or registering for a developer instance, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
rpclaw.ai offers hosted developer instances of OpenClaw, an AI agent gateway. The free developer tier is provided for evaluation, development, and testing purposes only, and is not intended for production use.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your instance and for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Free Developer Instance
The free developer instance is provided on an “as-is” basis without uptime guarantees or SLA commitments. We reserve the right to:
- Limit resource usage (CPU, memory, storage, bandwidth)
- Suspend or terminate inactive instances
- Modify or discontinue the free tier with reasonable notice
6. Intellectual Property
OpenClaw is open-source software. Your use of OpenClaw is subject to its applicable open-source license. rpclaw.ai branding, website content, and platform code remain the property of rpclaw.ai.
You retain ownership of any data, configurations, or integrations you create within your instance.
7. Payment (Paid Tiers)
If paid service tiers are offered in the future, payment terms will be presented at the time of purchase and will be incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RPCLAW.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO RPCLAW.AI IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless rpclaw.ai and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@rpclaw.ai.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of rpclaw.ai services and your hosted OpenClaw instance. The AUP exists to protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of all users.
2. Permitted Use
You may use your rpclaw.ai instance to:
- Develop, test, and evaluate OpenClaw for personal or organizational use
- Build automations, integrations, and AI agent workflows
- Explore OpenClaw’s capabilities with external APIs and services you are authorized to use
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services to:
Illegal or harmful activity
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Engage in or facilitate fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes
- Transmit malware, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code
- Conduct unauthorized access to third-party systems, networks, or accounts
AI-specific misuse
- Generate, distribute, or facilitate the creation of illegal content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Create or disseminate deepfakes, disinformation, or synthetic content designed to deceive
- Use AI agents to conduct automated harassment, spam, or social engineering campaigns
- Circumvent, manipulate, or attempt to “jailbreak” AI model safety systems
- Use your instance to train or fine-tune AI models without appropriate authorization from data owners
Platform abuse
- Use the service in a way that disrupts, degrades, or overloads shared infrastructure
- Mine cryptocurrency or conduct computationally intensive tasks unrelated to OpenClaw’s intended purpose
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to your developer instance without our written consent
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent resource limits or restrictions
Privacy violations
- Collect, process, or store personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Scrape, harvest, or aggregate personal data from third-party sources without proper authorization
- Use your instance to conduct unauthorized surveillance or tracking of individuals
4. Connecting to Third-Party Services
When your OpenClaw instance connects to external APIs, messaging platforms, or data sources, you are responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization and are complying with those services’ own terms and policies.
5. Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Securing your instance credentials and API keys
- Ensuring your instance is not exposed to the public internet in an unsecured manner
- Promptly reporting any suspected security vulnerabilities or incidents to security@rpclaw.ai
6. Consequences of Violation
We take violations of this AUP seriously. Depending on the severity, a violation may result in:
- A warning and required remediation
- Temporary suspension of your instance
- Permanent termination of your account
- Referral to law enforcement where required by law
7. Reporting Abuse
If you become aware of a violation of this AUP on our platform, please report it to abuse@rpclaw.ai.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email.
