We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

4. Data Retention

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Your OpenClaw instance runs in an isolated Docker container on dedicated infrastructure. We strongly recommend that you do not store sensitive personal data within your OpenClaw instance unless you have appropriate safeguards in place.

6. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers for hosting infrastructure (e.g., AWS), analytics, and email delivery. These providers process data only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

rpclaw.ai provides a hosted environment for OpenClaw, which may itself connect to third-party AI providers (such as Anthropic or OpenAI) depending on your configuration. We are not responsible for data handling by those providers — please review their privacy policies separately.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@rpclaw.ai.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
